Properties:
- it can produce a state of relaxation necessary for sleep, improves its quality, ensuring the functioning of the body in optimal conditions;
- can induce a peaceful sleep;
- contains melatonin that is released gradually, for 6 hours, being able to ensure uninterrupted sleep;
- it can reduce the time needed to fall asleep and can improve the quality of sleep.

Administration method:
Adults: one tablet a day, approximately 30 minutes before going to bed, after which it is recommended to go to bed.
The duration of administration is 2-4 weeks. The administration can be resumed after a break period equal to the administration period.

Active ingredients per tablet:
Dry extract from the aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) standardized in vitexin - 150 mg.
Dry extract of lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis) standardized in rosmarinic acid - 150 mg.
Dry extract from the aerial part of the California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) standardized in isoquinoline alkaloids - 100 mg.
Melatonin - 7 mg.
1 kcal/tablet.

Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, passiflora extract, melissam extract, Californian poppy extract, anti-caking agents (stearic acid, talc), melatonin.
