Use

Face and body: Lather soap in your hands (you can use a small dab), spread the foam over damp skin, and massage in using circular motions. Then rinse thoroughly with water. After cleansing, apply your favorite balm, butter, or oil.

Scalp and hair: apply a small amount of soap to damp scalp and massage in gently (without scratching with your nails), then rinse thoroughly.

Foot bath: Add a small piece of soap to warm water and soak your feet for 15–20 minutes.
