Adrusen

Adrusen is recommended to support visual function and reduce retinal degenerative processes. It reduces the risk of progression of age-related macular degeneration. It has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, structural and antiangiogenic action. It protects cell membranes, participates in the biosynthesis of retinal photoreceptors and interacts with macular degeneration processes, delaying the ageing process.

Adrusen is available in its original form, as well as Adrusen Mega and Adrusen Vera. The difference between them lies in their composition. However, all variants are recommended for protecting vision and reducing the progression of age-related macular degeneration.

Adrusen supplements contain zinc, selenium, copper, vitamin E, vitamin C, beta-carotene, polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA+DHA), proteins and carbohydrates. Fatty acids such as Omega-3 have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, structural and antiangiogenic properties. Vitamin E and vitamin C have synergistic antioxidant properties. Minerals also reduce the risk of macular degeneration.

Adrusen Mega contains minerals such as zinc and copper, vitamin E, vitamin C, polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as carotenoid pigments such as lutein, zeaxanthin and astaxanthin. Astaxanthin in particular has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, reducing the expression of molecules linked to inflammation. Lutein and zeaxanthin also reduce the risk of macular degeneration progression and protect photoreceptors from oxidative stress.

Adrusen Vera contains zinc, copper, carotenoids (astaxanthin, lutein, zeaxanthin), coenzyme Q10, as well as a series of plant extracts such as resveratrol, bromelain, saffron, black pepper, boswellia, Oxifend from blackcurrants, willow and turmeric. All these elements have antioxidant activity in the first place. For example, boswellia (Boswellia serrata) and willow (Salix alba) can reduce oedema, while black pepper promotes the absorption of turmeric. Bromelain, Oxifend from blackcurrants, black pepper and resveratrol improve microcirculation.

Adrusen is available in capsule form and is administered as 1 capsule per day between meals, with a large glass of water, according to the doctor's recommendations and medical prescription. Adrusen Vera and Adrusen Mega are administered as 2 capsules per day.

Adrusen supplements are not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the product's components.

It should be administered with caution in cases of kidney and liver disease, a history of heart disease or epilepsy. It may interact with cimetidine.

Possible side effects after taking Adrusen include rash, headache, abdominal discomfort, allergic reactions, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, dizziness.

Adrusen is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
