Bellbiotin

Bellbiotin contains biotin, also known as vitamin H or vitamin B7, keratin and horsetail extract.

Each Bellbiotin tablet contains: 10 mg of biotin, 60 mg of keratin powder, 100 mg of arugula extract, 50 mg of horsetail extract and 10 mg of hot pepper extract.

All these ingredients work synergistically to help restore the hair strands that make up the hair. Biotin or vitamin H stimulates keratin production because it contains active sulphur molecules in its structure. Chilli pepper stimulates local circulation around the hair bulb. Horsetail is a plant rich in silicon and contains vitamin C and flavonoids, helping to restore elasticity and prevent hair breakage by stimulating keratinisation. Arugula extract contains large amounts of vitamins A and C.

Therefore, as the biotin intake provided by the diet can sometimes be insufficient, taking these supplements can be beneficial in restoring the structure of the hair and nails.

Keratin is an important component of structural proteins normally found in the skin and appendages (hair and nails). Keratin is produced by special cells called keratinocytes found in the surface layer of the skin, hair and nails.

Bellbiotin is administered by people who have brittle hair that breaks easily, brittle nails or who simply want to have healthy hair.

Bellbiotin is administered as follows: one tablet per day, with sufficient liquid, at any time of the day. 

It is recommended that you take the recommended daily dose and do not exceed it as there is a risk of overdose.

To date, no adverse reactions to the use of the Bellbiotin supplement have been reported. If you experience any unpleasant symptoms while using this supplement, it is recommended that you stop taking it and seek medical advice.

Bellbiotin is contraindicated if you are allergic to biotin (vitamin H or vitamin B7), keratin, horsetail extract or any of the ingredients in this supplement.

Bellbiotin should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under the age of 18. 

As the effects on the foetus are not known with certainty, Bellbiotin is not recommended during pregnancy. It is also unknown whether the ingredients in Bellbiotin are excreted in breast milk, so as a precautionary measure, it is recommended to avoid using this supplement while breastfeeding.

The Bellbiotin dietary supplement does not interfere with the ability to drive vehicles and/or machinery.

To date, no interactions between Bellbiotin and other medicines or alcoholic beverages have been reported. However, it is recommended that you inform your doctor or pharmacist about any supplements or medicines you are taking. Alcohol consumption can interfere with other medicines or supplements you are taking and is not good for your health.

Bellbiotin supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
