Draco sterile absorbent dressings are ideal for highly exuding wounds. The sterile absorbent dressing features a skin-friendly cellulose flake core, providing high absorbency. This sterile absorbent dressing is suitable for primary care of highly exuding wounds and serves as a standard covering for primary wound closures in the postoperative phase. It can also be used as a secondary dressing, for example, as a highly absorbent layer over primary dressings (e.g., alginates) or as a well-cushioned absorbent component in combination with impregnated wound gauze for heavily exuding wounds. The sterile absorbent dressings are easily removed from the sachet. The front and back sides are clearly identifiable by color. The outer side is blue to protect clothing, while the inner side is white. The absorbent dressing is encased in a soft non-woven fabric, ensuring a comfortable feel against the skin.

Areas of application:
Postoperative wounds, after surgical procedures, acute wounds, abrasions, cuts, chronic wounds.

Exudative phase.
