Recommended daily intake

Adults and children aged 3-18 years: 1-2 capsules daily. The capsule can be swallowed or the contents sprinkled on the tongue, then washed down with water or juice.

Infants from 2 months of age and children up to 3 years of age: 1 capsule daily. Open the capsule and sprinkle the contents onto semi-solid food (e.g., applesauce, yogurt) or dissolve the contents in a liquid or drink (e.g., water, juice, milk).

Safety Warnings

Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are taking antibiotics, Active Flora Duo can be taken concurrently. Contraindications: Glucose-galactose malabsorption. Warnings: In diabetes, glucose should only be used as directed by a physician.
