Important features

All ACUVUE® contact lenses contain a class 1 or 2 UV filter to help protect against harmful UV rays reaching the cornea and inside the eye. UV filter contact lenses do not completely replace other means of protection, such as sunglasses or UV filter glasses, because they do not cover the entire eye and its surroundings. You should continue to use UV filter glasses as recommended by your eye doctor.
