L-Glutamine is an amino acid that occurs in the human body in the largest quantity. It accounts for 60% of all amino acids in skeletal muscle and about 20% of all circulating amino acids. BCAA amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) represent approximately 33% of the total muscle proteins. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Recommended dose

Take 6 capsules a day approx. 30-60 minutes before physical activity. Drink lots of water.
