Properties of ingredients

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) - contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and to the maintenance of normal vision (when consuming 250 mg of DHA daily).
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal functioning of the heart (when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily).
Vitamin D - helps maintain normal calcium levels in the blood.
Vitamin K - helps maintain healthy bones.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 capsule daily, after a meal.
