Description
Food supplement with a double relaxing formula (day/night).
Contains magnesium and vitamin B6 which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to psychological function.
The night formula also contains lemon balm, which contributes to relaxation, mental well-being and normal mood.

Ingredients
Night Formula : Green capsules: magnesium oxide; maltodextrin, lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stearic acid, magnesium stearate; vitamin B6; capsule: gelatin; colorant: copper complexes of chlorophyllins.

Day Formula : Ivory capsules: marine magnesium oxide; maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium stearate; vitamin B6; capsule: gelatin.

How to use
Ages 12 and up. 1 ivory-colored Day Formula capsule in the morning; 1 green Night Formula capsule in the evening before bed, with a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in the absence of sufficient data.
