Instructions for use
Adults.
1 grated scoop per day (12 g), preferably in the morning, diluted in a large glass of water or juice, at room temperature.
For better solubility of the product, it is recommended to add the liquid last. Mix vigorously. Let stand for 2 minutes and mix again before drinking.
