Mode of use

Children from 3 years old take 1 capsule once a day. Adults take 1 capsule 3 times a day. Drink with a sufficient amount of water. If necessary, the capsule can be emptied and taken mixed, for example in yogurt. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Warning : The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet! Take care of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle! Keep out of reach of small children!
