Food supplement based on PHGG (partially hydrolyzed guar gum) vegetable fiber with a high fiber content (5 g per daily dose).
Ingredients
Purified water, soluble fiber PHGG (partially hydrolyzed guar gum), flavoring; stabilizers: maltitol, sorbitol syrup; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifier: citric acid; sweetener: acesulfame K.
Gluten free.

How to use
Benefibra can be taken as is, with the addition of water, mixed with fruit juices or yogurt.
It is recommended to take one stick (30 ml) per day, preferably in the morning.
Do not use if the stick is damaged.
