Dosage
For children over 4 years old and adults : ideally taken after brushing. If you use an antiseptic mouthwash, take BioGaia Prodentis ½ hour after a mild antiseptic and 1 hour after a strong one.
4-6 years (Caries prevention): 2 tablets per day for 1 month.
6-12 years (Prevention of cavities): 1 tablet per day for 1 month.
12-17 years (Early treatment of caries): 2 tablets per day for 3 months.
From 18 years and over :
Prevention of gingivitis/pregnancy gingivitis: 1 tablet per day.
Prevention of peri-implant mucositis: 1 tablet per day before implant.
Treatment of gingivitis: 1 tablet per day.
Treatment of pregnancy gingivitis: 1 tablet per day for 4-7 weeks.
Treatment of periodontitis: 2 tablets per day for 3 months (after completion of antibiotic/antiseptic treatment).
Treatment of peri-implant mucositis/peri-implantitis: 2 tablets per day for at least 1 month (after completion of antibiotic/antiseptic treatment).
Treatment of fungal infections: 2 tablets per day.
Treatment of halitosis: 1 tablet per day.
