Description
A food supplement specially designed for women, with the Tricofoltil complex, based on linseed oil, rich in alpha-linolenic acid, copper, which contributes to normal hair pigmentation, and biotin, which helps maintain normal hair. It contains iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, sulfur-containing amino acids such as cystine and methionine, and phytoextracts of millet and soy. The formula is complemented with organic silicon from bamboo, zinc and selenium, which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
Suitable for vegans.

How to use
4 tablets/day in the first month.
2 tablets/day for another 2-3 months after that.
Two tablets per day, taken with a little water or other liquid, preferably during or after meals.
