- fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are oligosaccharides (carbohydrates with a relatively small number of monosaccharide units) that occur naturally in certain plants;
- are metabolized in the first portion of the large intestine by the intestinal microflora;
- they have no caloric intake and are considered soluble dietary fiber;
- galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) are indigestible carbohydrates (fibers), derived from lactose, composed of 1-7 galactose units;
- phos and gos act as a nutritional substrate for beneficial bacteria in the intestine;
- pectin is a soluble fiber (polysaccharide) found in fruits;
- limosilactobacillus reuteri (old name Lactobacillus reuteri) is a bacterium that is normally found in the human gastrointestinal tract;
- streptococcus thermophilus is widely used as a starter culture in the dairy industry and is a beneficial bacterium;
- Chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla) can contribute to optimal relaxation and support immunity;
- Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) extract can contribute to better sleep, reducing tension, anxiety and irritability;
- it can also contribute to maintaining a positive mood and good cognitive functioning;
- Ginger extract (Zingiber officinale) can help reduce the feeling of discomfort (vomiting, dizziness) while traveling by vehicle or plane;

- the vegetable extracts used are glycerine and do not contain alcohol.

The product contains ingredients derived from milk, potentially allergenic according to Regulation 1169/2011. The possible presence of undissolved particles in the product is caused by the presence of natural extracts and tyndallized lactic ferments. The product contains fructose (1.25 g/10 ml). Store at temperatures between 15 and 25C. Protect from light and moisture.
