Cefasel 50 nutr i® Selenium Tablets are a dietary supplement containing 50 µg of selenium. Instructions for use

One tablet should be swallowed whole with some liquid, such as water, daily. It is recommended to avoid consuming sodium selenite and vitamin C at the same time, as this can impair the bioavailability of sodium selenite. Taking them at a different time (at least one hour apart) will not have any effect.
