How to use
To make excellent chamomile tea, pour boiling water into a mug (about 150 ml), add a tea bag and let it steep for 5-8 minutes; cover the container to prevent the dispersion of more volatile substances.
Before removing the filter bag, press it gently with the back of a spoon. Use one bag per cup. The infusion can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
