Use

Shake well before use – the formula may separate naturally. Dampen a cotton pad and gently wipe around the eyes or lips. For stubborn makeup, place the soaked cotton pad on your eyelid or lips, hold for about 10 seconds, and then gently wipe away the makeup. After use, rinse with cool water.
