Properties:
Antioxidant, rejuvenating, nourishing and harmonizing.

Indications:
It is recommended in: hair and skin care, cholesterol level maintenance, obesity, decreased immunity, heart disease.

Composition:
Coconut oil (Cocos nucifera) 100%, cold pressed

Administration method:
Internal : adults - 3 teaspoons each 1-2× ⁄ day, with 30 min. before eating; children - 1 teaspoon each 1-2× ⁄ day with 30 min. before eating. It can be used in cooking, in salads, cakes or vegan dishes.
External : hair care (damaged due to dyeing); dandruff; skin care (combats dryness, roughness, wrinkles); asthenia (head skin massage); deodorant (together with a suitable volatile oil); lubricant (not to be used at the same time as a condom).
Kept in the refrigerator, it changes its physical properties (becomes solid).

Contraindications:
Allergy to coconut. Do not exceed recommended dose for daily consumption!
