Wash your face thoroughly, making sure you have no cream, lotion or makeup on. Wet your nose well, the tape will not stick to a dry nose.
Dry your hands and remove the plastic wrap. Apply the tape to the moistened area of ​​your nose, soft side down, pressing to adhere well.
Leave for about 10-15 minutes. The tape will feel firmer as it dries. Remove it slowly and carefully, starting from the edges and pulling towards the center.
If you experience difficulty or pain, wet the tape again, wait a moment and try again. Traces can be removed with warm water.
