Densmore Folic'Expert 5-MTHF Preconception & Pregnancy Pack of 2 x 90 Tablets is a food supplement based on vitamins B9 (folate), B6 and B12, intended for pregnant women or those wishing to become pregnant.
- Vitamin B9 increases maternal folate levels. Sufficient intake before and during pregnancy helps with proper fetal development, particularly the development of the neural tube.
In its 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid) form, folate is biologically active. The formula contains a high dose of 5-MTHF (600 µg) and provides the cofactors (vitamins B6 and B12) of 5-MTHF.
