Eco puree from organic oats, +6 months, 250 g, Holle Baby Food

It can be administered after the age of 6 months.
Ingredients: whole oat flour*, Thiamin, * from bio-dynamic agriculture.
Contains gluten.
No added sugar.

Method of preparation:
Standard preparation: Prepare approximately 170 ml of formula milk according to the directions on the formula milk packet. Pour the warm milk obtained (50°C) into a bowl and add 3-4 teaspoons (about 18 g) of pureed oats. Stir and allow to cool to about 37°C.
Preparation with breast milk: Mix 5 teaspoons of pureed oats with 130 ml of breast milk. To preserve the nutritional value of breast milk, do not heat it above 40°C. Breast milk contains enzymes that liquefy the puree. This phenomenon does not affect the quality of the meal.
Preparation with fresh milk: (according to European recommendations). Boil 100 ml of water together with 100 ml of whole milk and allow to cool to about 50°C. Pour into a bowl and add 5 teaspoons of pureed oats (about 25g). Stir and allow to cool to about 37°C.
Preparation without milk: Boil 200ml of water and then let it cool to about 50°C. Add 25g of pureed oats (5 teaspoons) and mix with a teaspoon of baby oil until you reach the desired consistency.
Dairy-free preparation with fruit or vegetables: Mix 20g (4 teaspoons) oat puree with 100g jar puree or 100g fresh fruit puree and add a teaspoon of baby oil. Alternatively, use 160g of vegetable puree from the jar and add 2 teaspoons of baby oil.
Variation: add meat (30g) to the puree. Add water. (approximately 90ml, heated to 50 °C).
