Butyric acid is a short-chain fatty acid that provides the primary energy source for the epithelium of the lower gastrointestinal tract. It is produced naturally in the body by intestinal bacteria. It plays a significant role in many functional gastrointestinal pathologies due to its beneficial effect on intestinal microflora and anti-inflammatory properties. It seals and improves the regeneration of the intestinal epithelium, so it can be used in diseases associated with intestinal epithelium damage. It alleviates diarrhea and constipation and reduces symptoms associated with intestinal inflammation, reducing pain during defecation.
Use:
Adults: 1 capsule 2 times a day – morning and evening
Children over 7 years of age: 1 capsule daily.
The duration of use should be as recommended by your doctor.
