How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, after meals, with plenty of water.

warnings
It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day.
Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of epigallocatechin 3-gallate.
If the diet is followed for a prolonged period, more than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women and minors under 18 years of age.
Do not consume on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
