How to use:

• Adults only, 2-3 cups/day
• Put 1-2 tea bags in a cup, add 200 ml of hot water and leave covered for 2-3 minutes to infuse; it is drunk warm
• Proceeding in this way, the same sachet can be infused two more times in the same day.

Precautions:

• Do not exceed the dose of 6 sachets per day
• Administration after 5 pm is not recommended
• Do not administer during pregnancy and breastfeeding
• To be consumed, preferably, before the expiration date written on the base of the label
