Do not use glycerin suppositories for adults:
- if you are allergic to glycerol or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
There are no controlled studies on the effects of administering glycerin suppositories to pregnant women.
Glycerin suppositories can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, when absolutely necessary.
Driving and using machines:
Glycerin suppositories do not affect the ability to drive or use machines.

Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Glycerin suppositories are administered intrarectally, after removing the packaging.
The usual dose for constipation is one suppository as needed.
In preparation for an endoscopic examination of the rectum, a suppository is administered 5-30 minutes before the intervention.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 10 days without a doctor's advice.

The active substance is glycerol.
Each suppository contains 2100 mg of glycerol.
The other ingredients are: stearic acid, sodium carbonate, purified water.
