Green TEE Sencha 250 g
Description
Green tea and its production
Green tea, also known as green tea (Chinese: ?? / ?? l?chá), is a special type of tea production. Unlike black tea, the tea leaves are not oxidized, a process formerly known as fermentation. This different processing method favors the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant over the Camellia assamica variety, as the smaller and more delicate leaves are better suited for this purpose.
Differences between green and black tea
Green tea differs from black tea in some essential characteristics, including preparation, taste, ingredients, and the effects of the infusion.
preparation
To prepare green tea, use 2 g of tea, which is about half a teaspoon, and pour 90 ml of water at 80°C over it. Then let it steep for 1-2 minutes.
Storage instructions
Make sure to store the tea out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
