HelpMedi NebuCare 2.0 Secure

A medical device in a complete set, including a wireless mesh nebulizer and 40 ampoules of physiological saline solution. Designed to effectively protect the respiratory tract of the entire family—children, adults, and seniors.

Composition

Solution: sodium salt (sodium chloride) in purified water (0.9% NaCl) – saline ampoules.

Package contents

The set includes: NE-03C mesh nebulizer; Child mask; Adult mask; Mouthpiece (from approx. 3 years of age); USB charging cable; 40 ampoules of Katarek Secure+ saline (0.9% NaCl).

Action

The device generates microparticles approximately 1–4 µm in diameter, allowing it to reach deeper into the respiratory tract—where infections and allergies often develop. Thanks to its extremely quiet operation (below ~50 dB), nebulization is also possible at night, without disturbing sleep. The built-in battery allows for cordless use—ideal for home, on a walk, or while traveling.

How to use a medical device

1. Fully charge the device for approximately 1 hour (battery).
2. Fill the container with the appropriate amount of medication or saline as directed by your doctor.
3. Put on an age-appropriate mask or mouthpiece (for people aged ~3 and over).
4. Press the "On/Off" button – short press to activate mode I; short press again to switch to mode II.
5. After inhalation, the device will automatically turn off when the liquid is exhausted.
6. After inhalation, turn on the cleaning mode (hold the button longer) to activate impulsive mesh cleaning.
7. After use, empty the container, rinse with water, dry and store in a dry place.

Contraindications and precautions

To use the device safely, please read the attached instruction manual.
The type of medication used in nebulization should be selected by a physician. Do not self-administer medications.
Do not use ampoules after the expiry date or again after opening – the product does not contain preservatives.
Avoid contact of ampoules with the eye or wound surface. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the device in a humid environment or with damaged components.

Notes and precautions

Store the nebulizer at room temperature, away from moisture and light.

The device is not intended for administering oily drugs, suspensions, essential oils or salts with additives (e.g. ectoine, hyaluronic acid).

Do not use the device near heat sources or open flames.

Always clean and dry the nebulizer components after use to prevent the growth of microorganisms.

Do not use the device if there are visible signs of contamination or damage.

Comments

Once fully charged, the nebulizer operates on its own for approximately 50–60 minutes. For a standard child's inhalation session (10–20 minutes), the battery lasts for several treatments.
The device head should be cleaned with demineralized water after each use and dried in a clean place.
For disinfection, you can use 75% medical-grade ethyl alcohol – after approximately 10 minutes, rinse and dry the elements.
It is recommended to clean the mesh regularly in automatic mode to maintain full performance of the device.

Using the product with other medications

The following preparations must not be used in the NebuCare 2.0 Secure nebulizer:

• high concentration drugs/steroids,
• high viscosity drugs/steroids,
• oily drugs, essential oils, suspensions and volatile medicinal fluids,
• preparations / physiological saline with the addition of hyaluronic acid,
• preparations / physiological saline with the addition of ectoine.
