Instructions for preparation

A full meal. Heat the container or open portion in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Mix with a plastic spoon (do not use a metal one) so as not to damage the container. Check the temperature. Store the unheated portion in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours.

Storage

Store dry at room temperature. Minimum shelf life until you see the cap. Do not store after reheating. Observe preparation and storage.
