Genexo iXellence Temp Tricolor is a non-contact thermometer that allows for quick measurement of body temperature, both in children and adults. The thermometer can also measure the temperature of rooms, food and liquids. Thanks to advanced infrared (IR) technology, you will receive quick diagnostics and results in just 1 second. The device has a fever alarm that informs you about exceeding body temperature and also a very helpful light signal. Depending on the measurement obtained, the thermometer screen lights up in 1 of 3 colors: green, red or gray. What's more, the thermometer remembers the 30 most recent results, which allow you to track your health. The temperature can be displayed in Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Measuring body temperature
To measure body temperature, turn on the device by pressing the button once. The previous measurement result will appear on the screen (provided that measurements were taken earlier).
Raise the thermometer to the center of the forehead so that the distance between the pointer and the forehead is 3-4 cm and press the START button once and then release.
The body temperature measurement result will appear on the device's screen, and the thermometer will emit a sound signal informing you that the measurement has been completed and will turn on the screen backlight.

Measuring the temperature of an object
To measure the temperature of an object, turn on the device by pressing the button once. The previous measurement result will appear on the screen (provided that measurements were taken earlier).
Raise the thermometer to the measuring surface so that the distance between the pointer and the surface is 3-5 cm and press the START button twice and then release.
The thermometer will switch to object measurement mode and measure the temperature.
The result of measuring the object's temperature will appear on the device's screen, and the thermometer will emit a sound signal informing you that the measurement is complete and will turn on the screen's backlight.

Because blood vessels may constrict in the early stages of a fever, causing the skin to cool, the forehead temperature may be low.
If the temperature reading does not match the patient's expected reading or is unusually low, repeat the measurement after 15 minutes or compare the result with a core body temperature measurement taken with a different thermometer.
The device is made of delicate components and must therefore be used with caution.
