Recommended intake:

5 g once a day (1 flat scoop).

How to use:

Pour one serving – 5 g (1 level scoop) into a container with 150-200 ml of water or juice and mix. Use immediately after preparation, depending on individual needs, no more than once a day, e.g., before training.

Ingredients:

L-citrulline malate, flavorings, sweetener: sucralose. May contain milk derivatives.
