General information:
- Made from 97% cotton and 3% elastane.
- Free from latex and medication.
- Air-permeable and water-permeable, as well as breathable.
- Excellent adhesion in water.
- It does not restrict movement.
Not applicable in the following cases:
- Fresh skin injuries or open wounds.
- Blood clotting disorders.
- Vascular pathologies (thrombosis).
- Acute and chronic skin diseases.
- Allergies to any of the ingredients in the tape or acrylic adhesive (test on a small area of skin first).
- Malignant tumors.
- Pregnant women should only use the tape after consulting their doctor.
- Not for patients undergoing cancer treatment.

General instructions for applying tape:
- Clean the skin of any cream residue and other impurities before application.
- Apply the tape only to dry and clean skin.
- Locate the relevant muscle area.
- Measure the appropriate length of tape.
- Round off the corners to prevent premature peeling.
- Peel back the backing paper approximately 3–4 cm from the tape.
- Apply the tape to your skin according to your symptoms:
- The tape must be rubbed to warm it after application in order to activate the adhesive.
- The tape should be applied at least 30–60 minutes before sporting activities.
- o Gently dab the tape to dry.
- Always remove the tape in the direction of hair growth and do not jerk it off.
Storage:
