Description

Use of dietary supplements

It is important to note that dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily intake is one capsule with sufficient liquid before a meal. For increased intake, the amount can be increased to a maximum of two capsules per day. If taking antibiotics concurrently, an interval of at least two hours should be observed. A reduced dose, such as half a capsule, is recommended for children aged three to twelve years.
