Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), also known as thioctic acid or simply lipoic acid, is a substance that is structurally similar to a vitamin and has attracted great interest in recent years due to its ability to act as a powerful antioxidant as well as the role it plays in energy production.

Each Lamberts Alpha Lipoic Acid tablet provides 300mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid, making it one of the most highly potent alpha lipoic acid products. Like all Lamberts formulations, it is manufactured in the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.
Tableting with: Calcium Carbonate, Cellulose, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid), Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerol).

Directions for Use: 2 tablets daily with or without food. A lower dose of 1 tablet daily can be used as an antioxidant. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
Digestion time: Less than 1 hour.
Suitable for vegetarians & vegans.
