Lamberts Vitamin D 400iu is a clinically proven dietary supplement that provides a guaranteed 400iu (10μg) of Vitamin D in the form of cholecalciferol (D3) and, like all Lamberts preparations, is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Vitamin D can be obtained through diet or synthesized by the body following exposure of the skin to sunlight (UVB) and is one of the most important vitamins for the human body as it contributes to*:

Dosage
