In daily wound care, compresses must reliably perform their function and be economical. Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze is ideal for this purpose. It is easy to use and available in practical sizes. Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze has folded edges and is available in 8-ply, 12-ply, 16-ply (17-thread), and 32-ply (20-thread) versions. Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze is available as a sterile and non-sterile compress, is absorbent, skin-friendly, and breathable.
For added safety in the operating room, the Leukoplast® range includes additional product variants with an integrated radiopaque thread, double sterile sealing, and a double counting card. Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze slit dressings can be used for wound care around cannulas and drains.
Leukoplast® compress cotton gauze consists of 100% oxygen-bleached cotton according to DIN EN 14079.
