• Use mouthwash twice a day, morning and evening, after brushing.
• Pour 10 ml (2 teaspoons of 5 ml each) into a glass, rinse your teeth and gums for 60 seconds, then spit.
• Supervise children at all times to prevent them from swallowing mouthwash.
