Use

Relaxing bath – pour 3 tablespoons of salt into half a bathtub of water (35–38°C). Bath time: up to 60 minutes.

Post-exercise relaxing bath – add 50g of salt to 5L of water (35–38°C). Bath time: up to 60 minutes.
