Magnesium Complex, 30 tablets, Remedia

Properties:
- AQUAMIN MgTG is a natural mineral source of marine magnesium, with increased bioavailability;
- it is obtained from the skeleton of the red algae Lithothamnium calcareum;
- MAGNESIUM BISGLYCINATE belongs to the category of chelated salts and contains two glycine molecules, covalently linked to a magnesium molecule;
- its intestinal absorption is significantly higher and faster than for corresponding amounts of inorganic metal salts, due to the increased affinity of small intestine cells for amino acids (glycine);
- also, chelated salts do not prevent the absorption of other nutrients;
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of the health of the bone system and teeth, to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, to the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems, to the maintenance of mental health, to the electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism, to the normal synthesis of proteins, to the process of cell division;
- LALMIN®COMBI is a dry yeast/Saccharomyces cerevisiae, enriched with B Complex, selenium, zinc and chromium;
- SELENIUM and ZINC contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, to protecting cells against oxidative stress, to maintaining the health of hair and nails;
- Zinc contributes to the process of cell division, to normal DNA synthesis and to normal cognitive function;

How to use:
1 tablet 2 times a day, during meals. For children, it is recommended to consult the pediatrician to adjust the dose.
