Magnesium Verla 400 is a high-dose magnesium supplement for increased magnesium requirements. Each capsule provides 400 mg of magnesium , corresponding to 107% of the daily reference intake. The formula contains a high proportion of magnesium citrate and magnesium oxide.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function , normal nervous system function, and normal energy metabolism. It also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to electrolyte balance.
