Butyric acid supports intestinal cell regeneration. It helps restore the balance of the intestinal microbiome and provides relief from digestive issues. It soothes irritated intestinal cells and supports their regeneration.

Butyric acid (sodium butyrate) reduces inflammation. Bacteria in the large intestine can produce butyric acid, which in turn is used as an energy source by the cells that make up the large intestine itself. Butyric acid is therefore beneficial for the large intestine.

Butyric acid regulates the feeling of satiety by causing the release of hormones that signal the brain about the need for food.

Properties of sodium butyrate:
