Vitamin B12 supports the proper functioning of the immune system, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Recommended daily intake
Vegans and vegetarians, people with absorption disorders, the elderly, pregnant and breastfeeding women (especially on a plant-based diet): 1 tablet daily.
People with chronic fatigue or stress: 1/5 tablet daily. Divide the tablet into five parts along the score lines using a sharp knife.
