Melatonin 3 mg Kal, 30 tablets, Secom

It contains melatonin, a neurohormone with a role in alleviating sleep disorders.

Properties:
- alleviation of sleep disorders* (melatonin)
- reducing the time needed to fall asleep** (melatonin)
- normal functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of mental health (vit. B2 and B6)
- reduction of fatigue and exhaustion (vit. B6)
- regulation of hormonal activity (vit. B6)
- normal functioning of the immune system (vit. B6)

*The beneficial effect is obtained under the conditions of consumption of a minimum dose of 0.5 mg administered before going to bed on the first day of travel and in the following few days after arriving at the destination.
**The beneficial effect is obtained under conditions of consumption of 1 mg of melatonin before going to bed.

Composition per tablet:
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 4.1 mg, melatonin - 3 mg, riboflavin - 2.1 mg.

Mode of administration:

• 1 tablet/day, before going to bed or as recommended by the specialist consultant.
• Do not drive cars or heavy machinery after administration!
• Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Store in the original packaging, tightly closed in a dry place, away from sunlight. Dietary supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose for daily consumption! Since the product includes ingredients from natural sources, it is not standardized in terms of organoleptic properties. Thus, there may be variations in color, smell or appearance from one batch to another, without influencing the effectiveness or safety of the product.
