Meridol ® Chlorhexidine 0.2% is a mouthwash with clinically proven effectiveness in the following areas:
- reducing the amount of dental plaque,
- helping to prevent gum problems (bleeding, irritation).
How does Meridol ® chlorhexidine mouthwash work?
The key ingredient of Meridol ® mouthwash for gum problems is chlorhexidine gluconate in a concentration of 0.2%, which has an antibacterial effect, reducing the number of pathogens in the oral cavity. Due to this fact, it helps to calm the inflammation caused by bacteria. In addition, the product not only reduces the amount of dental plaque, but also prevents its deposition on the tooth surface.
Meridol ® mouthwash with chlorhexidine 0.2% does not contain alcohol and can be used by adults and children over 12 years of age. The formula has a mild taste and does not require dilution before use.
