Properties:
- can support the digestive system; protects the gastric mucosa and slows intestinal transit;

How to use:
Internally: infusion of 1-2 teaspoons of the plant in a cup of boiling water. Leave covered for 10-15 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups of tea a day.
Externally: concentrated infusion of 4-5 tablespoons of the plant per liter of boiling water, compresses, local baths are made.
Warnings :
There are no known adverse effects at the recommended doses and method of use, except that some people may be allergic to any of the ingredients.
