Remove the cap from the inhaler and the inhalation chamber.
Carefully insert the mouthpiece of the inhaler into the back of the chamber.
If you need a mask, attach it to the mouthpiece and twist gently until it is securely attached.
Shake the inhaler and chamber 4-5 times.
Position your lips around the mouthpiece tightly. Exhale.
Release a puff and begin to inhale slowly, breathing productively.
If you are using a mask, hold the mask tightly over your nose and mouth.
Release a puff and inhale and exhale 6 times.
The exhalation valve opens when you exhale, which can help you count your breaths.
