Use

Sensitive, couperose-prone skin: Apply the mask to cleansed skin. Leave on for 5 minutes, then gently massage in to remove.

Normal skin: Apply the mask to cleansed, damp skin. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off.

Oily, combination skin: Apply the mask to cleansed skin, massage in, and leave on for 20-25 minutes. Rinse off.
