Properties of ingredients
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) - contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal brain development (when consuming 250 mg of DHA daily).
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal functioning of the heart (when consuming 250 mg of EPA and DHA daily).
Recommended daily intake
Adults: Take 4 capsules daily, during or after a meal. Drink plenty of water.
