Description
Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies in both children and women. It is important to prevent this type of deficiency, as iron is essential for the formation of hemoglobin and the transport of oxygen; therefore, its absence causes fatigue and weakness and can affect cognitive development in children. In these circumstances, daily iron supplementation is beneficial. Iron contributes to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion, and supports cognitive development. FERRIMax is indicated in situations where it is necessary to ensure adequate iron intake due to deficiency caused by reduced intake or increased body needs. FERRIMax is made from Lipofer®, a liposomal source of iron, which offers significant advantages over other iron salts, such as excellent digestive tolerance and high absorption.
Composition
Aqueous solution: Fructose, water, stabilizers (glycerol, xanthan gum), acid (citric acid), strawberry flavor, preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate). Sachet: Lipofer® microcapsules (corn starch, iron, sunflower lecithin), maltodextrin.
Instructions for use
Add the contents of one sachet to the bottle, shake vigorously, add the second sachet, shake again and let stand for 5 minutes. Administer 5 ml once daily. This dose may be adjusted at the discretion of the pediatrician. Shake well before each use.
